Ibusuki City Tosenkyo Somen Nagashi

The birthplace of the rotating somen nagashi. The somen nagashi, which uses the Tosenkyo Kyoda spring water, which has been certified as one of the 1 best waters of the Heisei era and produces about 10 tons of water per day, can be enjoyed all year round. Other popular dishes include sashimi carp, grilled salted trout, and fried trout.
