Kirishima Music Festival kicks off in summer for the first time in two years
The Kirishima International Music Festival is a two-week classical music festival that brings together world-renowned masters and passionate young musicians. This year's festival will be held in the summer for the first time in two years, and the theme is "Midsummer Festival: The Power of Music!!"
The festival will feature a diverse lineup of guests, including Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi as music director, Masato Suzuki (conductor), and Quartet Amabile (third place winner in the string quartet category at the Munich International Music Competition).
In addition, a total of three performances are planned at the Miyama Concert Hall, entitled "Summer Vacation Family Concerts" that the whole family can enjoy.
